Emma Heming, Bruce Willis’ Wife, Shares Heartbreaking Video After His Dementia Diagnosis

Bruce Willis and Emma Heming have been married for over a decade. Despite Bruce being diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, Emma remains committed to her vow to stay by his side in sickness and in health.

Emma often reminisces about memories of Bruce from when he was healthier. After learning about his diagnosis, she has been dedicated to ensuring he receives the best possible care, working closely with dementia experts.

Recently, Emma shared a photo on Instagram with Teepa Snow, a specialist who helps families navigate dementia care. Emma mentioned that Teepa is providing her with valuable skills for her “dementia care toolbox.”

In other news, Bruce Willis’ 11-year marriage to Demi Moore and his heroic performance in the “Detective Knight” teaser despite his condition have been in the spotlight. His daughter also penned a heartfelt note about his health challenges.

Emma’s dedication to Bruce’s care is evident. This week, she discovered Instagram’s new memories feature, which reminded her of a praise-filled post she shared about Bruce a year ago. She reposted the video with a new caption: “What’s this new Memory thingy on IG!? Omg, my biggest fan. I’m in love with him.”

The video highlights Bruce’s passion for Emma’s skincare line, Cocobaba, showing her fond memories of when he was healthier. Recently, Bruce was seen out in Los Angeles, a rare sight since his aphasia diagnosis.

The Willis family has been open about Bruce’s health. They shared an update on Instagram, expressing gratitude for the support they’ve received. His daughter Rumer Willis wrote, “Since we announced Bruce’s diagnosis of aphasia in spring 2022, Bruce’s condition has progressed and we now have a more specific diagnosis: frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD).” Despite the challenges, they are thankful for the correct diagnosis.

Bruce’s cognitive decline has been challenging, with directors and crew members adjusting their methods to support him. On the set of “White Elephant,” they would feed him lines, which he sometimes struggled to understand.

We extend our best wishes to the Willis family during this difficult time. Please join us in sending them your thoughts and prayers.
