Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell Relocate from L.A. After Two Consecutive Burglaries

One of Hollywood’s most beloved couples, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, have long resided in Los Angeles. However, recent events have prompted them to consider a move.

Goldie Hawn revealed that the glamour of L.A. has lost its appeal due to two terrifying incidents her family experienced at their home.

During an appearance on Kelly Ripa’s ‘Let’s Talk Off Camera’ podcast, Hawn shared that the rising crime rate in Los Angeles has hit close to home. The actress disclosed plans to leave the city after her family endured two break-ins within a short period.

She and her long-time partner, Kurt Russell, have been exploring relocation options. Although they once considered Palm Desert, they now find it less appealing compared to Los Angeles.

Hawn recounted the burglaries, describing how intruders attempted to enter their home. In one instance, burglars succeeded, ransacking rooms and causing extensive damage. She stated, “They completely tore down my door, which is a safe door. They are very, very sophisticated, and they took a lot of my stuff, if you know what I mean.”

The couple faced another break-in just four months later, solidifying Hawn’s decision to leave Los Angeles. The incidents have left her feeling constantly on edge and unable to relax.

These burglaries are part of a wider trend affecting several celebrities in 2024, including King Bach, Corinna Kopf, Farrah Aldjufrie, and Patrick Patterson, highlighting the growing concerns over safety in the city.
