1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Season the Steaks:

Generously season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.

Sear the Steaks:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your preferred doneness.

Remove the steaks from the skillet and set them aside to rest.

Prepare the Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream, beef broth, and Dijon mustard. Stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet to enhance the flavor.

Simmer the Sauce:

Combine and Heat:

Return the steaks to the skillet and spoon the garlic cream sauce over them.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to warm the steaks and meld the flavors.
