Steak with Garlic Cream Sauce Recipe

4 beef steaks (sirloin, ribeye, or strip)

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup beef broth

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Season the Steaks:

Generously season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.

Sear the Steaks:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your preferred doneness.

Remove the steaks from the skillet and set them aside to rest.

Prepare the Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream, beef broth, and Dijon mustard. Stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet to enhance the flavor.
