Cheesy Jalapeño Ham Bites Recipe

These savory, cheesy bites are perfect as a snack, appetizer, or breakfast treat!

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups chopped ham
3 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
¾ cup almond flour
½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix the chopped ham and softened cream cheese until well combined.
Stir in the shredded cheddar, chopped jalapeño, beaten eggs, almond flour, and baking powder. Mix until a thick dough forms.

Chill the Dough:
Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes. This step is essential to ensure the bites hold their shape during baking.

Portion the Dough:
Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to form evenly-sized portions of dough. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each bite.

Bake:
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and cooked through.

Cool and Serve:
Allow the bites to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!

Perfect for parties, game day, or quick snacks!
