A husband and wife stood in their cozy bathroom, preparing for the day ahead, when the husband glanced at his wife, a playful smile spreading across his face. “You know,” he said warmly, “I can’t help but want you right now!”
Before she could reply, he drew her into his arms, kissing her with fervor. Their enthusiasm sent toiletries teetering, and she giggled, steadying the toothbrush holder and soap dish to keep them from toppling.
When their impromptu embrace concluded, both were breathless, faces lit with smiles. The husband, still beaming, exclaimed, “That was amazing — you were so caught up in the moment this morning!”
His wife, panting slightly, tilted her head with a puzzled expression. “Sweetheart,” she said, “that wasn’t why I was making all that noise.”
His brow furrowed in confusion. “What do you mean?”
She gestured over his shoulder. “You had me pressed against the chilly radiator.”
