Spoon the cooked beef mixture into your slow cooker.
Add the diced tomatoes (with juice), mustard, pickle relish, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper, then stir again.
Pour in the beef broth and stir once more.
Cook:

Cover the slow cooker and set it to high for 3 hours, or low for 6 hours.

Add Cheese and Cream:

After the initial cooking time, remove the lid and stir in the shredded Cheddar cheese and heavy cream.
Replace the lid and continue cooking on high for an additional hour.

Finish and Serve:

Stir in the crumbled bacon just before serving.
Ladle the soup into bowls and enjoy this cheesy, burger-inspired comfort food!

Tips:
For a thicker soup, reduce the broth by 1/2 cup or add a cornstarch slurry (1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water) during the final hour.
Feel free to garnish with chopped green onions, additional shredded cheese, or even croutons for extra texture.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.

Enjoy this rich, hearty, and delicious Slow Cooker Cheesy Burger Soup, a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for any occasion!
